The short version: your images never leave your device.
Your files
All image tracing and rendering happens locally in your browser using code that runs on your own computer. The images you open are not uploaded to any server, not stored, and not transmitted to us or anyone else. When you close the tab, they are gone.
Accounts
There are no accounts. We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email, or any personal information to use the tools.
Analytics
We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. We also count how the tools are used: when an image is added, traced, adjusted, downloaded, or copied.
Each count carries only coarse facts: the page, where the visit came from (for example a search engine or ChatGPT), the country, whether it is a phone or a computer, the image type (such as PNG), and numbers about the result (how many paths, the file size, how many colors, how long the trace took). If the tool fails, the count says only what kind of failure it was, such as the tracing engine not downloading. We never receive the image itself, its file name, or its colors.
We do not set cookies for this, store anything on your device, keep IP addresses, or assign any kind of ID, so the counts cannot be tied to you. We look at them only in aggregate, to see which features are worth improving.
Cookies
The tools do not require cookies to function. Any preferences are kept locally in your browser.
Third parties
If advertising is shown in the future, ad providers may set their own cookies; that will be disclosed here and will never include your image data, which never leaves your device in the first place.
